Not able to manage 4000 watch hours for my YouTube channel. What should i do?

I am working to monetize my channel by completing 4000 watch hours but I am struggling hard to get the mentioned watch hours. What can help me increase my watch hours instantly?

Your repeated attempts to spam your affiliate link is pretty silly.
Views generated via paid advertising are not counted towards the monetization hours, so you advice is bad.
 
Just curious, how did 10,000 views on your videos translate into 2000 subscribers for your channel? That's a very high amount of subscribers for those views.

Telegram and facebook helped me in increasing my subs but the video retention rate is low so I am struggling to gather enough watch hours.
