NOOB Questions FOR YOU!

Ok, so I got a n00b question.
Whenever you click on one of my videos... for instance, this one:

Why is it that my "channel" is Sam Park?
How do I change the channel name...?

Also, how do I add a video tag like I see some of the moderators do here?
Apologies for the n00b questions... but I figure I'll just have to ask it once.

To change your channel name..you would have to sign up again (anyone correct me if i'm wrong x_x)

also...when you say video tag...do you mean when a person takes another video and links it inside of a another video?
If yes then...that is done before it is uploaded to Youtube. What I do is put a clip of the video in the video and then after uploading the video to youtube you can use annotations over the video clip and link it to the actual video. (I hope that wasn't too confusing D: ) and no noob question is a noob question! Just questions to help you understand things ^_^ You're no n00b!!!1!! lol
