Non-skippable in-stream ads???

Hello,I was wondering how can I get approved???
I know you have to fill out a certain form through google.

Do I have to have long videos only???or I can get approved even with 3 to 5min long videos?

Please help me out,if anyone knows how to get approved for these types of ads.Thank you!

nothing just verified my account through my phone then applied for partnership and adsense, got approval within two days!
Before applying, I had only one video that was 3 mins long and it was creative and controversial! so they approved
