Non-native English speakers on Youtube

My channel is doing good actually, just past 10.000 views but mostly because of the supporters from my other non-english channel that has 70k subs. I'm still not getting many views, comments or subs from countries like USA, UK, Canada etc.

So this question is always bugging me; do non-natives English speakers even have a chance on Youtube? I'm not talking about being huge with millions of subs or anything but just being able to create your own community. Do you think it's possible or should I just give up making English content? What do you think about non-native English speakers on Youtube in general?

Non native English speaker here.
Many of my views come from United States and United Kingdom, especially the US, so I don't think it's really an issue on that side. What's an issue though is making content that can be understood clearly by them (I don't think my english is good enough yet but it took me a lot of time to have it as it is now), but it could also be an ace up the sleeve because being a foreigner gives you a dinstinctive accent that can make you stand out. More than once I've been told that my italian accent is nice, if it's true it's an advantage because it makes my voice easier to identify at least when I speak English.

Don't give up on trying to go for English commentary in your videos. It probably hasn't really got much to do with the accent you have (if you have any), and most of the time with practice that will fade aswell. I'm also not a native English speaker and I do make all my videos in English (I'm from Belgium). While I do believe in making content in your native language is a good thing, no harm is done by trying to branch out so that more people will be able to have access to your content.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I do have an accent a little bit, especially "R" and "TH" sounds are hard for me to pronounce. I'm working hard to on it. The biggest problem though is writing the script. It always sounds like I'm speaking with very basic sentences and I don't know how to get over it.
