I want to have heavily edited video frag movie for game Counter-Strike Global Offensive, with some rap music or something from di.fm, it will not be commercial so i will not earn any money. Will i still get copyright strike ?

You dont have permission to use the video so if they choose to they have the right to flag you.

I don't think so, at least, not for CS:GO.
As long as you don't monetize it, the worst that could happen is that the video gets banned in a handful of countries. (Unless YouTube/Google changed that much)

Using a song with the artist or studios permission WILL get you a copyright strike. Not monetizing it doesn't change anything.
IT IS AGAINST COPYRIGHT LAW! You can only use it if its under the fair use act or you get permission.

If you upload it, it will only not get a copyright strike if the youtube staff don't notice it.

Here is a list of sources you can get songs you can use as they are either royalty free or will probably be able to get permissions easily: http://yttalk.com/threads/list-of-royalty-free-music-sites.107883/

Why other montage makers, can make montages with copyrighted music and be fine also people that do montage parodies for example snipars he uses snoop dog and linkin park, no copyright strikes...

It all depends on owners who material you used from, which means if they decide to take down your video they will, simple as that.
I can suggest you to use royalty free music to make that frag video, also you can try youtube.com/user/NoCopyrightSounds they got really awesome music that you use in your video, but please note that you need to read description of video to see how you need to credit them to use that particular song...Also note you can use all songs that have [NCS Release] in title, some of them dont have that, which means off course you cant use it. And if you use their tracks you can monetize that video with no problems, and trust me they have some really awesome tracks ,like really awesome.

Thats just my suggestion doe.Have a nice day.

Without monetizing it, it's a 50/50.

With monetizing it, it's 100% chance.

'Nuff said.

As I said, it will only not get taken down if the youtube staff or owners of the music don't notice your video.

Example of consequences:
Look at the 2014 case of Michelle Phan. One of the most popular and successful youtube make-up guru's and now has her own make-up company. She had popular music in the background of her videos. She didn't get the rights and years later after she became really popular, ULTRA Records (includes contracts with DeadMouse, Calvin Harris, etc.) sued her for up to $150,000 for each copyrighted song found in her videos. So far they have found 15. Which means she may be paying up to $22.5 million.

DON'T USE IT MAN! If you have any intention of making sure your videos don't get taken down, don't use them!

Step back and be wise,
don't plagerise.

heh, just made that up.

But seriously, don't. It's not a smart idea if you want to actually try an gain success with the least amount of legal trouble.

This is not the "copyright law guessing forum".

ContentID settings for content owners allows for 3 choices. They can track the video, monetize the video themselves or block it from view in countries where they maintain the rights. The company can then choose to issue a DMCA takedown which is what generates a strike. To claim that this decision is made based on whether or not the video is monetized contains the flaw of not understanding the ContentID choices. They don't care if you monetize it, because they can take that monetization automatically via ContentID. If they're going the route of strikes, it has nothing to do with whether or not you monetize. Rather, this decision is purely based on keeping infringing content from existing on unofficial sources.[DOUBLEPOST=1413813914,1413813729][/DOUBLEPOST]

It could be that the songs they chose are simply revoking the monetization for the content owner. Or, it is plausible that some channels have a standing arrangement with the publisher for use of content. With small channels, the former is the most likely. When you start looking at channels of real size, you cannot compare yourself to them because they have a sizable audience which can have perceived value to content owners which often results in special deals.
