I have a few Youtube channels and I have related channels enabled and yet the related channels box doesn't appear on any of them. I have plenty of tags and there are plenty of related channels to mine, yet nothing. I think maybe I've been blacklisted from Youtube. Has anyone experienced this?

It was initially like that for me, too. It took a few months before channels started to be listed in it. Once it started to list channels, it picked random channels that didn't have much in common with what I was posting...but it became smarter over time!
