No option of having a custom video thumbnail! HELP!!

I have just uploaded video on my very 1st (and personal)channel to get some feedback on it for me to improve and make changes to the the video and after i upload the video on my new channel(in July)!

But there is HUGE HUGE problem i can't put custom video thumbnails anymore, the option of having a custom video thumbnail is gone!!

This causes a huge problem because video thumbnails are very very important especially when a user is looking at similar videos on the search pages, suggested videos!


I really need some help!! How do i get the option of having a custom video thumbnail back for my videos???!!

i swear you have to get to a certain amount of subs to be able to get custom thumbnails, as no really new youtubers are able to do it, either that or you need to partner with youtube first i can't remember which but as your channel is so new there is a chance you may have to wait until you get to a certain amount of subs, don't quote me on that though
