It still shows up for me. When I look at your channel, it appears there as well. Maybe YouTube's just glitching out? Or maybe it's a new innovation they're test-driving?

It brings me to the 'Activity' tab on that page I just sent you.
I get this update but not custom thumbnails...come on YoouTube.

Oh, I don't really mind not having it, I just thought it was an interesting update. The new layout seems a little more complicated but it does look a bit more neat.

Still there for me. I ish youtube would open up the options for your channel more for partners and non partners, like custom/transparent overlays, etc.
