No longer able to upload 30min videos

Anyone knows what's going on with my Youtube account? I can no longer upload lengthy videos, it seems like I'm limited to 10 minutes per video, even though the video size is small enough.

Does anyone know what's going on? I used to be able to do this. I did restart my account, however, so immediately I'm thinking that's the reason. But with my original account, I never had that issue to begin with. What do I do to upload longer videos again?

you have to have so many videos uploaded to get unlimited time I think its around 15

You need to "verify" your account by having google text you an authenication code to a cell phone.

It's a spam check on google's part.
