No ads

Hello everyone, I have a question about youtube. Why dont I see any ADs at all? Neither on my videos, neither on anyone else. I have a friend that has monetized videos and I cannot see any ads at all. I also do not have any AD BLOCKing software.

Well the only logical explanation that I can think of is that you may possibly have youtube red which gets rid of ads.

Thanks for replay, and no I dont have youtube red, may be cuz of my internet company or something? I tryed on my uncle`s lap or our phones, none of us get any ads on youtube. I also live in Germany and I do search stuffs on internet as I try to buy something for my PC. And yet still no ads, thats kind of strange.
