New Youtube Monetization Terms?

I've been seeing this message from Youtube for quite some time now:

"YouTube's monetization terms are changing to allow you to share in new revenue opportunities. These changes go into effect Jun 15, 2015."

Now that the date is drawing near, I'm going to actually go read them. : ) Is there a thread on this already? What are people's thoughts?

Well, from the research I've done so far, they're integrating a new feature June 15, 2015 that'll allow subscribers to pay a monthly fee to NOT have ads. I think that depending on how much they watch your content with that feature enabled for them, YouTube will pay you to make up for the ad revenue lost. (DON'T QUOTE ME ON THIS, JUST MY HYPOTHESIS ON THE SITUATION)

Also, the $100 is your threshold, assuming you aren't partnered with a network, you have to at least make $100 or more for them to issue you a payment from your Adsense participation.

What I do want to know is if they enable the paid offering feature where people can pay a monthly fee and not see ads, will it affect content creators that use Adsense?

hmm may be like this pic.?

Some people have bug like this and can't find country in Channel Advanced Setting.
