New Youtube commentator/gamer looking for advice

Hi guys! My name is cyprien and my channel is called "Betraynal" and i make dual commentaries with my friends on both minecraft and halo reach videos on the Xbox360, i record with HDPVR and use a custom setup for recording voices, not the more expensive version: Turtle Beaches. I would like to know if people know how to improve their gaming channels to get a few more views and if there are any suggestions people could give me to help with my youtube gaming hobby.

First, please fix the YT link in your profile... its kind of messed up
2nd, The only kind of advice I can give you is pretty much just keep doing what you do. If you like it, then keep doing what you do. IF you don't like what you're doing, then think of other idea that will make you happy, and NOT what makes other people happy.
Its kind of hard to explain. Say you want to do something else with your channel. Someone wants you to do retro games, like Super Mario Bros or Legend of Zelda. YOu don't want that. Instead you want to move on to CoD, so you do move on to CoD.

What I am trying to say is do something that makes YOU happy, and not something that makes other people happy. Hope this is useful! .................. :)
 
I agree do what you like to do is a major part...if you don't record in 720p atleast put the video through movie maker and at the top right corner click save movie and on the drop down list click for hd purposes.
 
I was just saying if they weren't I checked your channel and was just didn't feel like taking the post off lol
 
First comment was pretty much it, not wise to ask others for tips on what content to provide, because at the end of the day we aren't you, and if you find the content you keep providing is enjoyable but not getting 'out there' then try to tweak it, eg, if you're recording COD gameplays - ( think how many thousands of those there are ) and make it unique, eg cross genre the video, maybe make it a gameplay/discussion on things non cod, expanding the likeability of your video, this is just an idea though, all down to you.
