New YouTube Channel with Only 9 Impressions in 2 Days — Is This Normal?

Hi everyone,

I recently launched my new YouTube channel, @informeddecisionproductdemos, and after two days, I’ve only received 9 impressions on my three uploaded videos. I’m trying to understand if this is normal for a brand new channel or if there’s something I might be missing in terms of setup or promotion.

Has anyone else experienced such low impressions when starting out? How long did it take for your channel to gain more visibility?

Any tips or advice would be really appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

I would recommend taking the time to fill out every box on your youtube channel.

I would also recommend targeting low to medium search keywords as your YouTube channel is new.

Yes, I have setup everything right, "I Think". Before today I searched for my channel name, nothing came up in the search, today just my channel comes up but no videos.

That’s totally normal for a brand-new channel. In the first few days, YouTube is still figuring out who to show your content to, so impressions can be very low. What helped me early on was focusing on watch time and consistency instead of numbers. Even small niches grow slowly at first. I learned a lot about YouTube behavior while researching viewing habits and ad-free experiences here: https://theytpremium.com/
