New Video Style is a Headache!

I've been racking my brain trying to figure out how to get this stupid deep dream video script to work. I have something wrong in the coding that keeps giving me an error and I have no clue when it comes to programming and running Python scripts. It's like I'm trying to read Chinese! Does anybody have Python programming experience or has anybody tried deep dream videos? I'm getting very irritated, but I will not give up! Here's an example of the gibberish I have to sort through.

I knew only Perl and Ruby. But I am not coding anymore. In anyway you didn't show any error maessage. May be Python message board will be better.

I've already joined a Python forum, I have one answer that might actually help. Once I figure this s**t out I should have some awesome videos. Trial and error I guess!
