New user needing help

hello im brad, im having trouble creating as channel, i have a few pictures and videos to upload for my dad for his realestate clients,i have a google account and have verified it, ive watced pl;enty of videos on how to do it but when i click create a channel or go to studio the grey page shows up that will allow me to change my profile picture and theres also a terms of service link that ive clicked on and read but theres no option to agree to the terms of service,,, and theres no where to go but back when the grey screen pops up, any suggestions would be muchly appreciated thanks

Keep trying it might be something simple, can try a different browser.

I think there is a choice when creating a YouTube profile, there is an option between a personal and business and I don't remember which one that doesn't require you to make a new account but try both because you don't need to make a new email/google account for a Youtube account.
