I like your banner but i think the avatar photo could be better. I think the content of your video is wonderful! You talk well in front the camera and i like your accent, i am assuming you are french. The video quality is good but the audio has a bit of an echo and that can be hard to get rid of. You should keep making videos because i think you can be great!

Right, banner is good. I don't think the avatar is particularly bad, but you might want something that pops a little more.

Video quality is good, I'd just rethink camera positioning. Right now your background isn't particularly interesting, nor blank enough to focus on your face.
Ideally what you'd want is a the source of lighting to come from behind the camera, but your window behind you seems to have reversed that.
Finally, the camera angle is ideally tilted downward toward you, not upward.

Regarding your avatar picture. and referring to subtrendy's comment about something that "Pops" one quick fix would be to increase the size of your text or/and Bold the words. Not much to say about the content cause I do gaming videos, hence I'm not eligible to tell you whats good or bad. Good luck and hope to see you around the months to come.

1. The camera angle needs to be fixed- you want the camera to be more level with your face, preferably tilted slightly downward at you in a flattering way.
2. You want to make eye contact with the camera.
3. It would improve your video to consider adding some more light if possible, and adding a more interesting background
4. You might want to consider changing your avatar. I like your thumbnails and banner though- it all fits in a unique style.

All the rest will come with experience! You have a good speaking voice, especially with english not being your first language. Best of luck, and keep on youtubing!
