New Layout..Anybody got it yet?

I've been browsing and haven't really seen anyone but the bigger channels have the new banner yet? Has anyone seen or heard of any smaller partner channels having the ability to opt in as of yet?

Does anyone have any rumor mill type info when it'll officially be rolling out?

i have the option to opt in now but i haven't just yet but from what i hear customization on the new layouts are easier to get use to vs the old banners
