New Format to my Game Reviews - Need Feedback

So I've done various indie game previews/reviews before and they all go unscripted and live commentary. Lately I've switched to post commentary which I'm liking more for most of them, but now I'm thinking of going a step further and scripting out the reviews more to keep them concise, under 10 minutes, and preferably around the 5 to 6 minute mark.

This is what I have so far bullet-point style in a way where I would write this out and script it. Consequently, this would allow me to CC my videos easier as I've only done this once for my trailer and usually don't on my videos, so maybe that will help with SEO, lol.

• Short intro clip (30 - 60 secs) Highlights of epic moments in game that show off cool stuff
  • Commentary of some basic overviews of what to expect with the game, quick background, just brief 30 to 60 second summary.
• Gameplay Section (about 60 secs)
  • Theme / Genre of Game.
  • General Overview of what the Objective is and What Gameplay is like.
  • Discussion on background story of game and story elements.
  • Unique Elements to the Game.
  • Overall Gameplay Summary.
• Visuals / Artwork / Graphics (about 45 secs)
  • Style / Inspiration of Graphics/Art
  • Overall Feel / Theme (dark, scary, nostalgic, pixel art, etc)
  • General Thoughts/Overall Summary of Visuals
• Audio / Sound (30 - 45 secs)
  • Genre of Music / Tempo / etc.
  • Discussion on overall theme song / musical theme / mood
  • Sound Effects
  • Overall Audio Opinion
• Replayability (45 - 60 secs)
  • Unique Mechanics / Game Mode + type things
  • Multiplayer Options
  • Leaderboards / achievements
  • Overall Summary
• Final Verdict (60 secs)
  • Summarize Gameplay
  • Summarize Visuals
  • Summarize Audio
  • Summarize Replayability
  • Overall Score / Rating
  • Links to Game / Social Media for Developers / Where to Buy / etc.

Please let me know your thoughts on this layout/flow and any input you may have. Additionally, how should I script this without coming off too scripted, any tips there?

Are you going to split the videos into segments, or try to make a single flow? This structure makes sense to me, even though breaking it into points breaks the flow, a thing that for instance, I am not too fond of, when I make reviews I prefer to have a constant flow.

I feel what I'll do is script bullet point topics to cover in each category and have a seamless video with clips edited together for the video, continuous audio. I'll free form the audio commentary off the bullet points to stay on topic and am still trying to figure out if I want to do a title screen for each category or maybe just a header that pops in the corner as I move forward.
