New Direction for Channel

I'm looking to rebrand my channel into more skits and live-action shows instead of the videos we've been doing. Has anyone else done this? If so, tell me how it went.

I've not done it but i imagine that all that will happen is some of your usual audience will drop off because it's not what they subscribed for

Maybe post a video explaining what you're gonna do and perhaps why you want a little change. Ask your viewers what they think, and start introducing new content after that. Maybe for the next few videos, link to the explanation video so the older viewers aren't too scared of what's going on.
