Networks That Actually Raise CPM?

Hey :)

So while I've never gone down the whole "networks will promote my channel" idea, I've never really been able to tell if networks that claim to serve their own ads to give you better CPM actually live up to these claims

Does anyone have any actual knowledge or evidence that they do/don't contribute to your CPM?

I get that a lot of people saying just go with Adsense and keep 100% of your profit, but honestly for people living out of US, Adsense can just be a pain in the a** because we have to wait for cheques and then theres a cost when converting US to our own currency from cheques.

Sorry but the people who say only to go adsense whether or not it might come with a cost converting are correct. It happens often that networks don't pay you on time or at all.

Hmm well I usually get paid on the time they tell us so I haven't had a problem with that in my experience. More to the point though that doesn't really answer the question.. ;)

Does an MCN have the ability to sell/ serve advertising? Yep (although I believe you need atleast 150M views monthly).
Do many MCNs sell advertising? 80% or so, don't at all and the majority of the rest either i) sell small(ish) amounts or ii) sell only on the top few percent of channels.

Keep in mind that like any ad network, Google/ YouTube have strict minimums both in minimum campaign budgets (in the 5 figures) and minimum CPMs that can make it difficult to sell to SMEs and sell large volumes (because they cannot offer discounts.)
Both Fullscreen & Maker do have sales teams for example but only selling for their starred/ large talent and/or specific genres and languages.

This is anecdotal as always, but I have another channel that I just switched from Freedom network to Quiz Group and my CPM skyrocketed. It's only been a week, so I'll give it more time to be sure, but so far I'm happy I made the move considering Quiz Group also has an 80% revenue share compared to Freedom's 60%.

I'm afraid it's not depends on your MCN. This is typical growth when you just connected to a Network, I believe. But I'm glad to hear that you enjoy it because time to time we can find some bad things about Quiz (with no proof) here on YT. I hope with your experience you will prove otherwise for us here.[DOUBLEPOST=1435131839,1435131159][/DOUBLEPOST]
Well that's flat out not true. Many do, even if it does not apply to every single channel.

Sorry, maybe I'm wrong
But if this applies only to a big channels, i think, we can easily say - it's available only to a 0,5 % youtubers (i mean big channels).
