Network won't disconnect my channel?

I requested to have my channel disconnected, based on language in the contract in regards to dates, and the support department is ignoring me and denying my request to unlink.

Has anyone dealt with this? I'm starting to make a decent amount of ad revenue and the 30% cut I'm losing, versus the benefits I'm receiving, just isn't worth it any more for me. I would hate to have to get a lawyer involved but I'm almost getting to that point.
 
Yous hould check the exact date you started your partnership with that network, as they won't be able to unlink it until that exact day. Other than that I'm not sure what would e their reason for not accepting your wish...:unsure2:
