Needing Blue Snowball Help

So over the weekend I had to reinstall windows 7 onto my laptop. Well today I was going to do some voice over work in audacity with my blue snowball. It recognizes the blue snowball in devices, but it is recording with my built in mic. I go to change the settings in audacity to where it record with the snowball instead, but the snowball isn't appearing. Any help would be appreciated as to how to fix what's going on

Does the light on the Snowball come on? Also make sure your Snowball is set to default in windows, go to Control Panel>Sound and click the recording tab and make sure it's default:

it isnt appearing in there, but i went to look at it in devices and it is showing that there is a missing driving[DOUBLEPOST=1395091913,1395089826][/DOUBLEPOST]the light comes on but i can't use the mic at all x.x
 
I've had this problem before. Sometimes, all you need to do is just restart your computer. That's always fixed my problem. I'm sure that you've tried that already though.
