Need youtube thumbnails

Hey Guys,
I need some custom thumbnails for my youtube similar to this image.
But without the battlefield image (that can be transparent)
Person to make me one will be added to my sub box (I have 2.5k subs)

No I would like it SIMILAR to that image. With the battlefield image taken out 'Breezy' instead of 'westie' I don't want it exactly the same. Just want the same style.
 
Transparent. I want this to be a template so I can add it to all of my thumbnails
 
xD , thumbnails is nothing more then copy / Cut / drag / cut / adjust size and stick in on a background :) Even windows paint could make thumbnails

How did you erase the letters so neatly?

Like there was a picture of ipads and an iPhone

and I selected them then switched layers, keeping the same selection and deleted it on that layer.
