Need urgent help please!

I got a strike who i appeald and i won the appeal and it was gone!
1 hour later i got a strike on the same video AGAIN..
But strike says like this:

No one likes spam . Misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails in order to increase views are not allowed. It's not okay to post large amounts of unwanted or repetitive content that has no audience. Including comments and private messages.

It says "offensive content uploades by minor" WHAT?
I'am 29 years old and my girlfreind in the video is 22 years old.
Is this a bugg or something?

Anyone seen this before caouse i tried too google it but dident find anything about it and what should i do about this?
 
I havent seen the video but what is the general topic of it? Could it be deemed offensive in any manor? I would suggest not uploading it or having it marked as private
 
No the general topic is not offensive, but even if it where iam not a minor as my strike said, the strike said its unproprite video upload by a minor, and iam 29 years old and my google + tells me age.
so i cant see how they manage too think iam a minor,
