I know this was probably posted but here's some tips. :

1. Promote channel to friends.
2. Promote channel on social media.
3. Promote on forums. ( Like YTTalk but only post in the videos and channels forum and that's mostly for videos. )
WHAT TO NOT DO. :
1. Promote on other's comment sections cause that gets you hate and unmonetized. ( Most of the time. )
2. Spam famous channels and famous social media account comment/wall section.
