we're getting hated on by a couple of guys and they've been sending messages and everything, how do we stop this? what should we do?
 
Block them and don't let them stop you from what you're doing. Focus more on your fans than on the haters :)

You have a brain and heart , use them , PLEASE
and why are they hating you ?
 
one way to deal with them on comments is to just be super nice and say things like thanks for the feedback! and they will get very annoyed and probably just stop, I'm not really sure how it would work with youtube messages, or you could just block them :) but the first way is a lot more fun
