He most likely mean record as in capture, filming the game so you can upload it.
But some details would be good; are you aiming for private TTT, go in a group into a public TTT server and troll/scheme, or just play? And I think there are quite a lot of groups looking for, but not limited to TTT.

yeah I would definitely be down for some TTT, I wouldn't mind if it was a couple of people in a server trying to kill or a couple in there own server messing about.
