NEED INTRO

I really need a intro for my videos because I am terrible with that stuff. Also, if you can do it, a profile icon would be good too, but the intro is what I MAJORLY need right now. Any offers would be appreciated. Thanks

Also, to anyone who can do it, I want the intro to say, "EScopeAttack Productions" (remember "EScopeAttack" is one word).
