Need help!

Hallo!

Does anyone know a really simple FREE sound editing program for Windows?

The only thing I need to do is, change my voice to a higher tone (Like a girls voice)

If you also could tell me, how to do that exactly, it would really be great!

I do use audacity, and i know for a fact that it is awesome,
All you have to do to change your voice is:
-Click "effects"
-Click "Pitch change"
-Then raise the pitch

And what @Carl Lubarg said is how you would change the pitch of your voice.

Use Audacity. Highlight part in question.

Effects Menu, and select Change Pitch

Audacity. That's all you really need. It's pretty easy to use.
