Need help!

I Love YTtalk
I've been using Camtasia studio for just over 1 year and I've never had this problem. Before I re-installed it I couldn't watch any files in the video playback box and I attempted to re-install it but now it won't even open at all

PLEASE HELP :/
 
Do you have the right drivers installed? Maybe Camtasia makes files you need a driver or program to open.
 
have u done a complete uninstall?
does sound like a driver issue..
is there any update to the software version ur using that u may apply after installation?
