Would this be any good for me?
Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum Production Suite 11

It's an older version, however I do not see the difference between this and 12 platinum, apart from the £40 difference.

I have a gaming channel, and I hope to be able to use PiP for facecam.

What's the difference between, Platinum 11, 12 and platinum 12?
