Need help with Screenplay

Hello boys and girls, i'm planning to do a a short movie in the genre action.
This will be my first attempt on a short film so i won't be able to pay you money for helping me but i might be able to put your real names in the credits.

Basically a young boy just got home from his girlfriend when he was hit in the head by some heavily armed "bad guys". He wakes up in a basement and asks what they want, but thats the problem. I don't know what they want.

he retrieved some kind of device to make humans live longer but he only dreamed it and it turns out that what he does in his dreams he does on another planet or dimension....that's something like I would say :P

I'm to noobish for that and i don't want to spend so much money on this short film.

you don't really need to spend anything, you can use basic practical effects, I've done an action film spending nothing :P If you don't want any vfx stuff it could be that when he was drunk he stole some riches from them without knowing...dun dun dunnnnn

I used to do some work on short films before I moved to comics. I don't have time to write anything for you at the time, but if need a consultant, or advice or whatever, you can add me on skype (itsjaxo)
 
Maybe do something like in the beginning, he has like a pole or something in his hand and the gangster guy has a gun pointed at him. And then be like, zoooop, 5 hours before...type of thing. XD
And then shows what happened.
Ends up that he was carrying some usb chip that had valuable info on it, and the thugs needed it back.
Lol kind of a every-action movie type of plot but ehhh.

I like that about the USB part, i might use it!
But i already got a good start of the movie and i won't change that.
