Need help with intro and outro

I could really use some help with intro and outro to my channel..
Think the one i have now is pretty bad since its just something i make in after effects real quick.

I know that i'm pretty new at the forum and i dont want to be a douche that just asks for stuff, but i don't have alot of spare time at the moment so i can't sit down and learn more after effects for a while.

Not going to beg but would be awesome if someone has the time to help
