I am doing some channel art and its saying that I need jpg and im trying to change it and it isn't working someone please help me if you ever had this problem and fixed it!

yea that's what I ment but I fix the problem and I got rid of it its gone now I us paint.net its better I already have my channel art up soo its all good from now on makin progress[DOUBLEPOST=1374807358,1374806874][/DOUBLEPOST]

I use paint.net too! Depends on where you are. If you're in Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay, Wanchai, etc. then yes.
