Need help with Channel layout

I am trying to have my channel so there is a featured video on the home page, and the videos listed horizontally below it. But instead all I have on my home page is my recent activity. Ive looked and looked and looked and I cant seem to find how to change the layout of the front page

On your channel, under the banner on the right (where the subscribe button is) click on the pen, and then "edit channel navigation". Then enable browse
