Need help uploading new logo for my channel

Hi. I've made a new logo for my youtube channel but i keep getting an error everytime I try to upload it to Google+. It's strange cause it worked before unfortunately the picture was too big for the box to crop it. I made it using Photoshop CS2. I tried uploading it in JPEG, GIF and PNG but it still gets an error. Anyone know whats up? :-/

I'm assuming you know how to resize an image, but if you want the file size to be smaller just look up "online image optimizer" on google.

Could you say what the file size actually is? Because it might not be the problem. Youtube might be glitching out again and you'll have to try later or tomorrow.

Its fine now i got it working i just used an image optimize. Thanks for your help.
