Need Help to monetization my videos again

I have just created a new account after my last YouTube Channel's AdSense account was disabled. How do I monetize my videos. I know you are only allowed one Adsense account per person. How do they do it? Join Networks? AdSense account with a different person? Thanks.

if your adsense was being disabled, you are not allowed to monetise your video anymore until google enable it back. joining a network will require an active adsense account, to make sure you are a legal youtube partner.

I would maybe try to make another AdSense with another person, google doesn't mess around when it comes to monetization and people not doing it correctly (not saying you did, just pointing at that they won't accept it)
