Need help on channel

Just last week i've seen a dramatic loss in my subscribers. I was up loading 1 vlog a week. Than last week i've decided to upload 2 vlogs a week. When i did that i saw that i was loosing subscribers. I'm not sure if it's because i'm uploading 2 times a week or it's something else. I've taken long breaks in the past and i've just jumped right back in after being gone a few months. I've been vlogging about once a week since June.

Your channel link doesn't work so can't really check it out. But my guess would be you made videos, gained subs, stopped making videos and subs kind of forgot about you and now that you're back they're having your videos pop up but don't really remember who you are and therefore are unsubbing you. Again just a guess

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY, in my opinion. If I had a video but it is not with all my effort, I would just might as well drop that one.

Like people said above i can't see your channel to give you exact info on what i see but it mostly comes down to a few things. Upload on a regular basis, try to upload on the same day of the week every month, week or day. Have good thumbnails that are interesting, easy to read a unique for each video. Have good quality video and audio, have content that is entertaining or informative or both. Have a good banner and avatar icon that people can easily recognize. The rest is time and practice, you will get better over time.

Also, subscribers are great- but active subscribers are far better. If you lose a ton of subs because you start posting slightly more content, then I seriously doubt that they were really all that interested in what you're offering. You can look at that one of two ways- either you're failing to live up to what they expected out of your channel, or they were never really intent on being active on your channel anyway and saw the surge of activity as an annoyance in their feed.

If you think it might be the former, maybe you should reevaluate the content that you offer and consider how to improve. If you think it's the latter (And it often is) think of this as just a sort of Darwinian selection- you don't want inactive subs, anyway, so good riddance to them.
