NEED HELP! Copyright Stuff.

Hey Everyone! So I have this problem.. We all know that if We use music that signed under label or etc, label will claim. Now I'm in this problem.. Few bands gave me their permissions by just replying to me on twitter and their twitters are official. Does that count as official permission? Because I am scared. What if Label claims? The other bands gave me emails and that works when I get a claim because I can show image of the email. But what if I show single tweet of a band that approves? Would that work or YouTube would do something to Me?

I am having a simliar problem. The question is, are your videos for monetization or just for fun. IF for monetization they have been REALLY strict with me since I became Partner/Monetized channel. Even an email faxed to Youtube was not enough for permissions to be valid :(
 
Well I'm gonna try to become a Partner in a few days so they are for monetization. Well then I won't gonna use those bands music and I'll stick with the band that sent Me an official email which proves that I can use their past and future songs of both of their bands forever, I'm even on their street team, since they have 3 albums I'm gonna stick only to them which is totally fine for Me! :)
