Your thumbnails could be more interesting and appealing. Some of your titles also lack appeal but some are good. I know you said anything but intro but it is waaaay too long. I also think you monetized some of your videos which you should reconsider as most people aren't going to want to go through an ad to watch your video. But otherwise, good work and I can definitely see you getting better and growing. If you could leave some feedback/support on my channel, that would cool.
