Hey IkusaTakuma,
Something you could work on to make you channel more appealing, is a better banner for you channel as right now there really is not much appealing about it which also does not match your avatar, so just making you channel all come together with the art would be a great improvement.
Something else which can also easily be fixed is the thumbnails. Similarly to your other art, they do not match and it makes it hard to get the appealing factor from looking at them, thus people might not watch them. Try looking at other people doing counter strike and do not copy them, but see if you can get some ideas to make them more attractive.

I definitely will fix the banner eventually, I have a friend who might be able to help me out with thumbnails and banner art, so that hopefully will be fixed soon. Her artwork is awesome and hopefully that'll make my channel look more professional/awesome.

Your banner needs to improved a lot, make it link in on what you do on your channel, also your videos you seem anxious and scared to talk you need to become more confident in yourself as well as maybe add some background music! Also cut down boring parts as well

Hey sasaki ikusa and mika, first off fair play getting 38 subs so far, for improvements you are aware of the channel art issue I recommend using a website called canva that's were I created mine and its free. also I noticed you don't have any end screen you get viewers to check out your next video. Since most your videos are over 10 minutes anyone who's watched all of them the way through likes your content a lot so him them with an awesome end screen and prompt then to subscribe and to check out more videos. That's my feedback hopefully this helps you
