Request Need Banner & Profile Icon For New Top 5 Channel!

Hey everyone,

Im Ts7 a gaming youtube but I am also starting a top 5 weekly upload channel as a side channel. I got some artwork from a uy from this website (yttalk) before and I was wondering if anybody would please make me a banner and a profile icon (you can use templates) that has Top5Hub as channel name.
