Request Need animated intro ASAP!

Hello so i make Video intros myself. but i need an animated intro for my channel because the ones i create just aren't doing it for me anymore. I could get Auto Desk Maya because I am enrolled in a Animation class in High School and they gave me a free token to download it to work on animating at home but my computer doesn't have the CPU for it.

So i am willing to pay REAL MONEY to the Person to have the highest quality (I need a demo first)
You will not receive payment up front because you may not give me the video you make the video and you show me it on YouTube (aka post it and send me the link) then archive it with a password then when you receive the money give me the password or something else. (just to make sure everyone gets what they want!)

The way your going about this, saying you'll call the police and such if there is a delay, Makes intro makers/designers not want to work with you.
Exactly my thoughts.

If you want to be absolutely safe when hiring someone online, both parties should sign a legal agreement. Or you could find someone who already has a positive online presence, with multiple recommendations and positive feedback. Then you'd feel more secure and could find someone with whom you could potentially work together with in the future aswell.
I'd advise you to find someone reputable and give them the task, then ask for proof-of-concept (might be a low-resolution sample) and work from there.

I can't see the point in the artist not giving you their work after they have received your payment.
I could see how an artist could be left without a payment after sending out his/her work.

Hope you find someone to do this task for you.

(Using me as an example here) This, If someone has sent you multiple screen shots throughout the process (My clients usually pay in part/full before i start). Why would a designer put in all that work in? As demonstrated in screenshots to then rip you off. Make sure you go with someone with positive feedback and a reputable looking portfolio
