Need after effects tutorial ideas! Look here if you need help!

Hi guys, so I need some ideas for what after effects, or premiere pro tutorials people need. I can pretty much do any kind of effect and I have most of the plugins. Just tell me what you want me to do a tutorial on and I will do it asap. Especially if it is this week! I can do most anything from basics to relatively advanced. Thanks! I just don't really know what people need to know.

I'd like to see what your thoughts are on this video:

I want to attempt the BIG head on the normal body, I believe it's just a green screen with a green suit to isolate the body, then you just key out the green and put it on the regular body.

Tutorial would be sick as I'm attempting this when my green screen comes in!

All you need to for that is film normally then after the shot put yourself on green screen, get in close so only your head is showing and then key out the green. might need to do a little bit of rotoscoping to get the neck out if you don't have a beard.
