Need Advice (Been On YouTube for a long time and I'm Not Getting Traffic)

Obviously, if you look at my thread title it basically explains everything. I have been on YouTube for about 2 years and I'm only at 45 subs. I see everyone on these threads talking about how they got to 100 subs in 1-3 months and/or got to 1000 in under a year and I feel like I'm not doing well. Is there something that I'm doing wrong? I think my thumbnails are pretty good and are only getting better and I just bought a professional intro and outro from SetyMedia. So I don't think thats it. Any advice at all?
