I'm not really good with series ideas, but from the games you have in your list I see not that much unique anymore.
Many have done those games so you really need a very good idea to make it good again. You better could do some other games not that many people have played before. Like killzone. Killzone is almost dead :P

Minecraft series is really dead, its so over done, but even i've done one and it was fun :P

I havent seen any seriously good BF3 tactics videos, it would take so much time to edit however, and it should be post commentated... i think that might be cool

Look for some indie games online. If you find a good or new one that people have not seen it will get you some exposure!
 
On CoD, you could do a race to gold (on a weapon of choice) or, if you do not have online, see how fast you can complete the campaign ?
