Need a Mentor For YT

So just want to make this clear I am a gaming channel, specifically for CoD.
So here's the problem, I'm able to get insane gameplay (Not even top YouTubers in my niche I can get) yet I'm having trouble creating content that gets high audience retention and the fact there is no exposure ofc. so I need someone whos pretty knowledgeable and has pretty good success to guide me. Thanks.

Dig through their archives. There is a lot of gems there. Some of them will also consult but I don't know any that have helped a gaming channel so inquire about that with them.
