My YouTube homepage keeps changing...

I don't if this has happened to anyone else, but on my homepage my currently looks like the old design, but sometimes it switches to the latest one and i have no control over how it works. There's no "change hompage" button or whatever. So i'm just wondering what the deal is and if anyone else has experienced this.

if your logged in you will have the new design but if you logged out then it would be back to the old one.
