My Youtube earnings are TANKING

I have 2 youtube channels. One with 18,000 sub and the other with 17,000 subs.

My 18,000 sub channel has over 400 vids and at the beginning of the month was making around $800 estimated per 28 days. Over the last week, the earnings have tanked down to around $300. Why after so long with higher earnings has my channel tanked down so fast?

I've looked over my channel for the reason and can't find it. My views and subs keep going up...so what gives?

It's kinda deflating.
 
Sub counts are meaningless.

Views, audience retention, demographic and location of viewers are what matter. If your view counts haven't dropped, check to see where they're coming from now and where they were a month ago.
