My Videos on YouTube Keep Getting Weird Square Pixelation

What program do you use? I render with H.264 output and custom settings. I always use the highest bit rate too. I had a time with my current computer when videos looked s****y, after I re-formatted my computer for some reason they look good even on Youtube. I have no idea how that would affect it, but it seemed to be something with my computer. And yes, even when they were uploading all s****y looking, they looked fine on my computer. WEIRDVideo I been uploading in the last two days keep getting this weird square pixelation which isn't on the video before I uploaded the video and it only just started doing it. thanks

What browser are you using? Flash player? HTML5? That to me looks like the video scaling you get in Chrome with hardware acceleration disabled using the HTML5 player.
Can we have a link to the video (it shouldn't be against the rules for "diagnostic" purposes, should it?) to see if we see it the same way?
